Social Media Manager & Growth Strategist

Currently taking on new clients

Your social media should sound like you, and make the right people want to stay.

You know your work. You know your clients. The hard part is turning what you know into consistent content that gets noticed, builds trust and gives people a clear reason to choose you.

The real problem

Your audience does not need more content. They need a reason to notice you, trust you and take the next step.

Posting

Fills a calendar.

It shows up on schedule, covers the day's requirement and moves on. It's activity: visible, steady, and rarely connected to why someone would choose you over anyone else doing something similar.

Strategic communication

Builds a decision.

Every post carries the same understanding of who's watching, what they're unsure about, and what they need to feel before they act. It's slower to plan and far more effective to encounter.

The visitor journey

F

Feel

The visitor recognizes themselves in what they're reading, before anything is being sold to them.

U

Understand

They see why their current social media hasn't been working, in plain terms.

T

Trust

Real client work and a clear process show this isn't guesswork.

A

Act

A simple, obvious next step, with nothing in the way of taking it.

Services

Social media management built around your audience, not a posting checklist.

01

Social Media Strategy

The thinking that sits underneath everything else: who you're speaking to, what they need to hear, and how each platform earns its place in that conversation.

02

Content Strategy & Planning

A clear plan for what gets said, in what order, and why, so content builds toward something instead of restarting every week.

03

Content Creation

Posts, captions and visuals shaped around your voice and your audience's real questions, not a template dressed up to look like you.

04

Social Media Management

Day-to-day ownership of your presence: scheduling, publishing and staying on top of what each platform needs to perform.

05

Instagram Management

A feed, grid and story presence built for how people actually browse Instagram, and for what makes them stop scrolling.

06

LinkedIn Management

A professional voice that reads as credible and specific, built for the way decision-makers actually use LinkedIn.

07

Community Management

Comments, DMs and replies handled with the same tone as everything else you put out, so the relationship doesn't drop off after the post.

08

Meta & Google Ads

Paid campaigns built on top of a strategy that already understands your audience, so the spend supports a story, not just a click.

09

Lead Generation

A path from "I noticed you" to "I'm ready to talk to you," mapped across your content, ads and community touchpoints.

Not sure which of these you actually need? That's exactly what the call is for.

Work

Different brands. Different audiences. One thing stays the same: people need to feel understood.

Process

Five steps, in order, because each one depends on the last.

01

Understand

Before anything is written, I study the person behind the brand, the audience they want to reach, what that audience struggles with, what makes them hesitate, and how the brand wants them to feel.

02

Plan

A content plan built around that understanding: what gets said, in what order, and on which platform, so nothing is posted just to fill a slot on the calendar.

03

Create

Captions, visuals and posts written in your voice, addressing the real questions and hesitations your audience actually has.

04

Manage

Consistent publishing, community replies and day-to-day oversight, so your presence stays steady even when your own attention is elsewhere.

05

Refine

A regular look at what's landing and what isn't, so the strategy keeps adjusting to your audience instead of running on autopilot.

About

Behind the content is a person who pays attention.

I'm Ama Kofi, and I didn't start out chasing a niche or a growth strategy. I started at a point where I had low self-esteem and just wanted to feel seen, so I read everything I could find, hoping it would tell me who I was becoming. Underneath that was something more practical too, I wanted to be able to provide for myself and my family.

What changed things was realizing money wasn't actually the goal, I was. If I wanted to build something real, I had to improve myself first, learn to give value, and actually implement the ideas I kept having instead of just collecting them. Research became my priority, results became the goal, and that decision still shapes how I show up for clients today. I'm not just after the fee, I'm invested in watching your brand actually grow, which is mostly why I ended up doing this work with wellness brands, therapists, coaches and service-based businesses, people whose work depends on being trusted, not just noticed.

Before I plan a single post, I go through your existing content, your website, the way you already talk to people, and how your audience seems to expect to be spoken to. I want to know what's working, what's missing, and what you want the people on the other side of the screen to feel.

Social media management, Instagram management, LinkedIn management, content strategy, community management and paid ads all sit under that same starting point: understanding first, output second.

Questions

A few things people usually ask.

A social media manager oversees a brand's presence across platforms, from strategy and content planning to creation, publishing, community management and reporting, so the day-to-day work of showing up online is handled with consistency and intention.

Yes. Social media management for therapists and other wellness practitioners is a core part of my work; it calls for a tone that builds trust carefully, without overstating or oversimplifying what the work involves.

Yes, both. Instagram management and LinkedIn management are handled as related but distinct: each platform gets its own plan, tone and posting rhythm suited to how people actually use it.

Yes. Content creation is built into the process: captions, visuals and posts are developed from the same strategy and understanding of your audience, rather than handled separately from it.

That's the starting point, not an afterthought. Every project begins with studying your existing voice, website and communication style, so the content sounds like you, not like a copywriter or AI stepping in on your behalf.
